Writing Exercise:
Meditate on a write down, what do you truly believe about self, money, about sexuality in general and your personal sexuality, about men, about women, about difficult emotions (fear, anger, sadness, jealousy, shame, regret, etc), about appealing emotions (love, joy, gratitude, compassion, pride, awe, inspiration), about God/source, about your parents. THEN on a separate paper or document, write what you would like to believe about each of these aspects of reality - in a harmonious reality of your creation, how would each of these aspects exist and be experienced by you? Take your time with this and write about each aspect as deeply as you can. This is the time to explore what you are carrying without judgment. This doesn’t all have to be done in one sitting. Share a summary of your findings in the WhatsApp group.
Connect with the feelings that come up during the writing prompts - note the feelings, sensations and emotions that come up during each prompt. Where are they in the body? What are their qualities? Notice if some feelings are easier to connect to than others. What feelings do you prefer?
