Daily Practices:

  1. Ankh Breath - 10-15min/day - Practice explained starting at 1:13:00, practice begins at 1:20:25 in the class recording above. Please do this practice on your own at your own pace once you get the rhythm down,

  2. Set the intention to begin to catch yourself in real time when you fall into the role of one of the three archetypes. Pause and notice the feelings in your body. What does the activation feel like. Set the intention to go into the feeling associated with the situation rather than responding externally. Create a loving and compassionate space for the feeling to express and expand into. How can you respond externally in a way that is both authentic and harmonizes the situation?
     

Writing Exercise:

Where are you giving your power away (victim), where are you placing blame on someone/something either outside of yourself or yourself for your circumstances (executioner), where do you attempt to resolve challenging situations for others to make yourself feel better (savior) - journal about specific instances. Begin to notice what each of these responses feel like in your body. What are the stories/thought patterns associated with them? Share your findings in the WhatsApp group.​​
