Scholarship Application

Tree of Life Temple offers a limited number of need-based partial scholarships to those who are called to attend an event but do not have the financial resources to contribute the full reciprocity. This application is for a reduced price of $888 from an original price of $1212. All information given will be kept strictly confidential and used only to determine scholarship eligibility.
