Our Somatic Embodiment Coaching packages are designed to help you connect deeply with all aspects of your body and emotions. These personalized 1:1 sessions will be a true collaboration between the two of us. They will provide a safe and supportive environment for you to begin connecting to the intuition of your body, and to feel and explore what it is like to be guided by that. We will work together to understand and move through any limiting beliefs, stored trauma, or challenging life situations by bringing all aspects of our energetic being into our bodies and allowing our actions to be guided by heart centeredness. This coaching is available in 3 month, 6 month, and 9 month packages. seeking a more intimately curated experience with the medicines. These will be designed in collaboration with your group to create a unique experience tailored to your specific needs and desires. These ceremonies can be single or multi day, and can consist of one or more plant medicines, shamanic rituals, and/or somatic exercises depending on the group's desired experience. Our Plant Medicine Integration Coaching is designed for individuals who would like regularly scheduled integration support following an experience with sacred plant medicines. This service can be helpful for those who have had difficult to integrate experiences with the medicines, as well as those who would like to fully leverage the change potential of openness and neuroplasticity in the weeks following an experience with the medicines. This service is available to all who are seeking support, and not limited to individuals who have previously sat in ceremony with me. I offer this service at $100 per session with a minimum of 6 sessions. These can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, and more sessions can be added to the package as needed.
